We offer three types of birthday packages:
Price: 800 PLN (for 1–10 guests; each additional guest: 80 PLN).
Package includes:
• 2-hour birthday party
• Exclusive rental of the private birthday room
• Supervision by a climbing instructor
• Entry to Flow Kids for every participant
• Table reservation in the café for parents
• Printed invitations (available for pickup at the Reception desk)
Price: 1100 PLN (for 1–10 guests; each additional guest: 100 PLN).
Includes everything in the Basic package plus:
• A Piñata
• Paper tableware (plates, cups, etc.)
Price: 1400 PLN (for 1–10 guests; each additional guest: 100 PLN).
Includes everything in the Premium package plus:
• Birthday gift: climbing chalk + Flow Kids unlimited day pass
• Snack set (choose one of two options):
Option 1: cookies, crisps, gummy bears, pretzels, two carafes of juice, water.
Option 2: fruit platter, sugar-free gummies, oat cookies, corn puffs, two carafes of juice, water.
No, we do not sell cakes. Please arrange for a cake on your own.
Yes, absolutely. We only provide snacks and drinks as part of the Deluxe package.
We host birthday parties for children aged 6 to 12.
Pricing is listed under each package description. To book a date, please fill out our booking form and pay a non-refundable deposit (300 PLN).
You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled party. However, please note that the deposit (300 PLN) is non-refundable.
When booking a party online, please read and accept our Birthday party terms & conditions (PDF PL). We also ask parents and legal guardians of all participants to read and sign the Birthday party consent form (PDF PL).
