We welcome children aged 5–13 along with their parents. All you need is comfortable sportswear, climbing shoes (available for rent on-site), and a desire to discover that climbing is a sport for you too!
A parent's presence is required throughout the entire visit, except for birthday parties and coached sessions.
Your safety is monitored by our on-duty wall instructor. They are here to answer all your questions, help you put on a harness (rental included in the entry fee), and show you how to use the auto-belay systems safely.
Bouldering involves climbing short, specially designed routes called "boulders" with varying levels of difficulty. Safety is ensured by professional crash pads manufactured by Polskok.
Our facility features dozens of regularly updated routes, all designed exclusively with the youngest climbers in mind.
Flow Kids offers 11 rope climbing stations (up to 7.5 meters high) with routes tailored to the abilities of children and teenagers. Each station is equipped with a certified and regularly serviced TRUBLUE auto-belay system.
